L’opera illustra il rapporto tra gli impatti di cambiamento climatico nei prossimi anni 2030, 2050 e 2085 e i modelli insediativi con S2Home in “smart grid”, per la produzione di scenari di emergenza, di nuova formazione urbana e agro-urbana. Le comunità resilienti sono le popolazioni di abitanti che vivono nei territori metropolitani, periferici e ultra-periferici, nelle aree interne dei luoghi più a Sud del mondo. La loro qualità della vita dipenderà da nuovi livelli di sicurezza ambientale e sociale, dai modelli circolari dell’abitare, dal necessario rapporto rigenerativo tra suolo e energia e materie. Da un nuovo sentimento di “capacitazione” con cui muoversi, lavorare, tessere relazioni e occuparsi della cura dei suoli, degli spazi pubblici, delle risorse naturali e umane come “beni comuni”. Si riportano gli studi scientifici dei dati IPCC sugli scenari abitativi S2Home e il progetto fotografico di “profili di comunità resilienti”, proattive e insediate nella Città Metropolitana di Reggio Calabria (Sud Italia).

The work illustrates the relationship between the impacts of climate change in the coming years 2030, 2050 and 2085 and the settlement models with S2Home in "smart grid", for the production of emergency scenarios, of new urban and agro-urban aggregations. Resilient communities are the populations of inhabitants who live in metropolitan, peripheral and ultra-peripheral territories, in the inner areas of the southernmost places in the world. Their quality of life will depend on new levels of environmental and social security, on the circular models of living, on the necessary regenerative relationship between soil and energy and materials. From a new feeling of "capacity+prowess" with which to move, work, weave relationships and take care of the soil, public spaces, natural and human resources as "common goods". The scientific studies the IPCC data on S2Home housing scenarios and the photographic project of “profiles of resilient communities”, proactive and settled in the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria are reported (South Italy).
